And let it begin with me Last night I dreamt that Paul McCartney sang an acoustic version of "Let There Be Peace On Earth" to me. Only me. This wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that I listened to Terry Gross interview Paul McCartney yesterday on Fresh Air. Nothing at all. I am not impressionable. "Let There Be Peace On Earth" was a standard of our grade school choir, suitable for Remembrance Day and all other solemn occasions. Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me Let there be peace on earth, the peace that was meant to be With God our creator, children all are we Let us walk with each other in perfect harmony. Let peace begin with me; let this be the moment now With every step I take, let this be my solemn vow; To take each moment and live each moment in peace eternally Let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with me. My mother would eye me significantly every time I chirped "and let it begin with me." I was not the quietest child. So, Paul's singing away and I begin to think how offensive this song might be to some people. In my dream. I guess I should be thankful. It wasn't a dream about boxes or moving, or the dogs, or work, or HTML. Had any strange dreams lately? Who made May 2nd Ice Cream day? Grab a free cone day at Ben & Jerry's! Free ice cream! All day!
