I was struck last night, while goofing off in front of the television, by how much this Mercedes commercial reminds me of Greenaway. There's also another ad, the one with the flamenco dancer in the crimson dress, that reminds me of Sargent's El Jaleo and Repose. Maggie is collecting photos that look like the work of famous artists. Perhaps I should collect commercials?
