May 7 2002: The Mirror Project celebrates one year online today. We've had roughly six thousand three hundred and something submissions since the site relaunched for at total of seven thousand and six. I can't thank Aaron enough for his continued support and back end wizardry. Without him, well, I'd most likely have given up under the deluge. And to Derek for the gift of the mirrorproject.com domain. A little slip of paper hidden in a fortune cookie announced its arrival. Best present ever! Thanks to the beta testers who bug zapped before launch, those who've linked and/or donated funds, our guest curators and lastly to our contributors -- from Denis, our very first contributor in August '99 to all. You make my day that much brighter. Keep taking pictures, baby! |
Support the Mirror Project. Submit your own reflective self-portrait. Just what the hell is the Mirror Project? There's still schwag. |
