Our small park has lost another. While Johnny Ray made it home to the bosom of his family, Dave wasn't so lucky, losing the battle with the demons who raged inside his head. If you've spent any time in or around Cole Valley, you'd know Dave. He sat under the pines serenading pedestrians with ditties about how they were no better than he. For the most part, I think he was right. |
