The combination pizza? Mushrooms, green peppers and pepperoni, a name unique to Ottawa. Course I didn't realize this until I'd left home to go to Waterloo. I wasn't so fond of mushrooms back then. An appreciation came later when I learned that they taste far better when they don't come out of can and I was assured that I wouldn't be munching down on the little Fantasia mushroom dancers.
