SXSW 2003 was the year of the book. I purchased copies of Adam Rakunas' Greaseguns and Feathers, Neal Pollack's Beneath The Axis Of Evil: One Man's Journey Into The Horrors Of War, Cory Doctorow's Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom, John D. Freyer's All My Life for Sale, and Bruce Sterling's Tomorrow Now: Envisioning the Next Fifty Years (best autograph ever which includes a reference to a certain bathroom).
